Tickets are not sold by DIINHUB but are managed on behalf of the user, except in cases of direct licensing.

This circumstance will not be the responsibility of this company and therefore, it will be understood that they have correctly received the contracted service and the inability to access due to error or untruthfulness of the data entered during the purchase process will be solely the responsibility of the buyer.
It will be understood that the service has been provided correctly when the buyer receives the accesses to the contracted products and services in their email.
5. Prices, payment methods, and invoicing

6. Right of withdrawal

7. Cancellations, refunds, and modifications
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the activity.
In case of cancellation by the Museum or Monument, the conditions established by the Museum or Monument itself will apply.
DIINHUB does not offer changes of date for the product or tickets.
Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not allowed once the payment for the tour package with the tickets has been made through STRIPE.
8. User obligations
Enter correct data during the reservation process.
Arrive on time with the ticket and identification document.
Not resell or transfer the ticket without authorization.
Comply with the rules of the monument or organizing entity.
9. Exclusion of liability
DIINHUB will not be responsible for:
Schedule changes, capacities, or access decided by the monuments.
Suspensions due to weather conditions or force majeure.
Actions of the personnel at the visited site.
Flight losses or expenses associated with travel.
No availability of tickets for the day or time chosen by the buyer during the purchase process.
If tickets run out in the period between the date and time of purchase on our website and the date and time in which our staff makes the purchase in the Museum or Monument's Ticketing system, the buyer will be sent tickets for the nearest later date to the chosen date and also at the nearest later hour to the selected hour.
