These General Conditions regulate access, contracting, and use of the services and products offered through the website ticketrealalcazar.com, owned by DIINHUB, including:

• Sale of tickets for museums and monuments.

• Related digital services, such as mobile audio guides.

• Cultural activities acquired through advance reservation.

These conditions apply to users from any country in the world. The applicable law will be that of the State of Delaware (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights according to their country of residence.

3. Services offered

• DIINHUB acts as an intermediary in the purchase of tickets, on behalf and for the account of the user.

• DIINHUB is a licensee and sells digital content access (audio guides and others) directly, as well as other tourism and cultural products and services.

• Tickets are not sold by DIINHUB but are managed on behalf of the user, except in cases of direct licensing.

The price displayed on the site may include:

• Official ticket price.

• Price for access to digital content.

• Price for other digital services and products.

• Management fees.

• Payment method fees.

4. Purchase process

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. Any error may prevent the proper provision of the service without the right to a refund.

If after payment for their purchase, they do not input the correct and truthful data of the visitors who will attend the museum, monument, or service contracted on this website, it will be considered that they waive receipt of the official tickets or the reserved spots and contracted services since these are mandatory from the Museum, Monument, or Service for which they commissioned the purchase of their tickets.

If they enter untrue data or data that do not correspond with the official and personal documentation that they must present at the access control, the security service of the Museum, Monument, or Service may choose to deny them entry. This circumstance will not be the responsibility of this company and therefore, it will be understood that they have correctly received the contracted service and the inability to access due to error or untruthfulness of the data entered during the purchase process will be solely the responsibility of the buyer.

It will be understood that the service has been provided correctly when the buyer receives the accesses to the contracted products and services in their email. 

5. Prices, payment methods, and invoicing

• All prices include taxes unless otherwise indicated.

• The payment is made in EUROS.

• Bank cards, PayPal, and other methods shown in the purchase process are accepted.

• The user declares to be authorized to use the chosen payment method.

• DIINHUB may use third-party payment processors.

• A purchase receipt is issued in electronic format. Complete invoices can be requested via email.

6. Right of withdrawal

The user does not have the right of withdrawal in cases regulated by article 103.l) of the TRLGDCU and equivalent international regulations, as they are cultural activities with a specific date.

DIINHUB will clearly inform if an activity admits cancellation and under what conditions. Otherwise, the purchase is final from the moment of payment.

7. Cancellations, refunds, and modifications

• Cancellation conditions vary depending on the activity.

• In case of cancellation by the Museum or Monument, the conditions established by the Museum or Monument itself will apply.

• DIINHUB does not offer changes of date for the product or tickets.

• Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not allowed once the payment for the tour package with the tickets has been made through STRIPE.

8. User obligations

• Enter correct data during the reservation process.

• Arrive on time with the ticket and identification document.

• Not resell or transfer the ticket without authorization.

• Comply with the rules of the monument or organizing entity.

9. Exclusion of liability

DIINHUB will not be responsible for:

• Schedule changes, capacities, or access decided by the monuments.

• Suspensions due to weather conditions or force majeure.

• Actions of the personnel at the visited site.

• Flight losses or expenses associated with travel.

• No availability of tickets for the day or time chosen by the buyer during the purchase process. 

• If tickets run out in the period between the date and time of purchase on our website and the date and time in which our staff makes the purchase in the Museum or Monument's Ticketing system, the buyer will be sent tickets for the nearest later date to the chosen date and also at the nearest later hour to the selected hour.

11. User reviews and content
